Courgette Fritters

So many courgettes so what can we do with them ?





Well, I made courgettes and cheese gluten-free bread, and that was just yum.

Courgettes grated added to omelettes with certain spices tasty too.

Courgettes and carrot soup.

Spiralised courgettes in salads or tomato sauce.





Courgettes the most tasty way was to make fritters with plenty of goats or cheddar cheese and one or two green chilies, garam masala and plenty of fresh coriander. Fresh spinach can also be added.

This became a favourite eaten with salad.

Cooked on slow heat in small amount of oil...


Almost Ready to eat...


And YES, this is one delicious meal
